What is Pose?Pose is a 50-minute high intensity, low impact, resistance training workout using slow and purposeful movements targeting the core, lower & upper body. Our class sizes are small, so you’ll get personalized attention during class! Be ready to sweat, shake, and come back wanting more!

I've never workout before, is Pose for me?We’re thrilled you’re thinking of getting [stronger] with us! Pose is an efficient and effective way to build muscle. Come to class ready to challenge yourself for 50-minutes! If you’re willing to find the joy in the work, you can do Pose.

Do you offer beginning class?All Full Body classes are designed to accommodate beginners based on the resistance of the machine. If you see a Starter50: Build Your Basics class on your studio’s schedule, these are perfect introductory classes to set you up for success! Regardless of your skill level, you will leave empowered, and with those signature [Pose] shakes! If it is your first time and Starter50 class is not available, we recommend taking a Reformer50 class.

What should I bring to class?Wear grip socks and form-fitting clothes are compulsory. Barefoot and shoes are not permitted on machines. Please bring a non-glass water bottle to stay hydrated; glass is not permitted in the studio for safety reasons. We have water fountains and bottled water. We recommend you bring a towel if you sweat since it’s an intense workout!

Is there an age requirement to take class?The minimum age to take class is 16. Our clients under the age of 18 must have their parent or guardian sign their waiver prior to taking their first class with us.

What is your class cancellation policy? Can I reschedule?You can change or cancel your class up to 24 hours before the class starts without penalty. if you do not attend a booked class or cancel within less than 12 hours to the commencement of class, you will lose your class credit or be charged.
