A 50 minutes class designed for practitioners ready to move beyond the basics, our intermediate-level classes focus on developing strength, control, and fluid movement patterns. Perfect for those familiar with Pilates fundamentals and eager to progress their practice. Please note we recommend that you complete 3 to 5 classes of Starter50: Build your basic class before attending.
